A guide to donating

You may also donate directly to Children In Need on their website or set up your fundraising campaign on the Children In Needs website.

In order to choose between the two options, viewers can either make a single donation or make a one-time donation.

The fundraiser has provided you with the option of choosing your own amount or they have outlined options including £30, £50 and £100 and are explaining what your donation could do for these charities.

30 pounds pays for food parcels for 6 children who are living in poverty, ensuring that they have access to healthy food and are able to improve their physical and emotional well-being as a consequence of their poverty.

The money is donated to fund a one-on-one counselling session with a counsellor for an 8-year-old girl whose mother has die, helping her to understand her feelings and learn to cope with them.

A donation of £100 pays for a week of after school club sessions for 15 children and young people experiencing mental health issues and provides a safe environment for them to build confidence and receive support who may be struggling with their mental health issues.
