As a writer and director of Lola James, the Bates Motel actress recounted how her 23-year-old husband begged her for a role.

According to Style, she directed a movie she wrote when she was 23 named Lola James last year. I am still upset with Brooklyn, but he asked me, “Can I be in your movie?” And I said, “Oh, wow, I would love to be part of it, but we require you to be disguised.”
